 Directions to the Whitten University Center

            ● From I-95 Southbound: Do not veer from I-95 until it ends.  I-95 south will           

            become US-1; continue heading south on US-1 for about five miles until Stanford

            Drive (Main Entrance).  Make a right.  Stanford Drive will dead end at a circle.   

            You will see the Toppel Career Center on your left.  The Whitten University

            Center is to the immediate right.

         ● From the Florida Turnpike: Take the Turnpike to Bird Road (SW 40th Street). 

            Head east on Bird Road to Red Road (SW 57th Street).  Make a right turn and

            continue to Miller Road (SW 56th Street).  Make a left turn and continue to San

            Amaro Drive.  Make a right turn and continue to Ponce de Leon Boulevard. 

            Make a left turn and continue to Stanford Drive (Main Entrance).  Make a left. 

            Stanford Drive will dead end at a circle.  You will see the Toppel Career Center

            on your left.  The Whitten University Center is to the immediate right.

         ● From I-75: Take I-75 to the SR-826 west (Palmetto) exit; SR-826 west turns into

            SR-826 south.  Continue on SR-826 south until the Miller Driver exit (SW 56th

            Street).  Head east (left) on Miller Drive to Red Road (SW 57th Avenue).  Make a

            right turn and continue to Ponce de Leon Boulevard.  Make a left turn and

            continue to Stanford Drive (Main Entrance).  Make a left.  Stanford Drive will

            dead end at a circle.  You will see the Toppel Career Center on your left.  The

            Whitten University Center is to the immediate right.

 Parking

  There are several parking options near the Whitten University Center for visitors.  All  

  can be accessed by the entering the University through the main entrance on Stanford

  Drive.

         ● Metered spaces in front of the Lowe Art Museum are available to visitors and are

            monitored by the University of Miami until 6p.  The museum will be on your

            right when you enter the University through Stanford Drive.

         ● Metered spaces are also available on either side of Stanford Drive as you approach

            the dead end circle.  These meters are monitored by the City of Coral Gables (not

            the University of Miami) until 10p.

          ● Limited parking can be found in the Stanford Lot and does not require a permit

               after 6p.  The lot is located on the right side of Stanford Drive, just before the

               Lowe Art Museum.

            ● Limited parking can also be found in the Pavia Parking Garage and does not      

               require a permit after 6p.  To access the garage, make a left immediately after the

               guard gate on Stanford Drive.  Make your first possible right and the garage will

               be on your left.
